Young adult fantasy romance
The Coronation Ball
Book 9 of the The Four Kingdoms series
Hanna has worked for years to complete her apprenticeship and earn a permanent place as a pastry chef in Northhelm’s palace kitchens. Just when that future seems within reach, a crisis threatens both her career and Stefan, the man she has quietly loved for years. Having once been forced from home, Hanna knows how much security costs and must decide whether she is willing to risk it by fighting for herself. This Cinderella-inspired novelette follows Hans’s sister from The Princess Fugitive and gives a hardworking kitchen servant her own chance at a royal-ball transformation.
