Christian historical fiction
Splendor of the Land
Gavriel serves as a soldier in the turbulent years of ancient Israel, carrying both military duty and the expectations attached to his place among Jonathan's men. A mission brings him into the world of the Kenites and to Zahava, a gifted goldsmith whose physical limitations and hidden work have kept her talents from being fully seen. Their growing connection unfolds against warfare and political uncertainty where craftsmanship can be as important as strength with a sword. This biblical historical romance combines artisan detail, ancient conflict, faith, and two people whose value is repeatedly misjudged by those around them.
