Come Back to Me
Book 1 of the Waters of Time series
352 pages · First published 2021
When research scientist Marian Creighton's father falls into a coma after pursuing a mysterious source of healing water, she becomes determined to finish his work and save his life. Her investigation unexpectedly transports her from the present day to medieval England, where she encounters William Durham, a knight with his own dangerous obligations and a past that complicates their growing attraction. Stranded centuries from home, Marian must navigate unfamiliar customs, threats to her safety, and the startling possibility that the legends surrounding the healing water are true. As her feelings for William deepen, returning to her own time becomes an increasingly painful choice—even though her father's life may depend on it. Blending historical adventure, romantic suspense, and an intriguing time-travel mystery, this story is ideal for readers who want to escape into another century and fall in love along the way.
